We need you to help decide the future of the NPBA. Please attend our meeting July 20th, 5:30 – 7:30 at Safe Harbors Ann Street Gallery
It has been almost 5 years since the Newburgh Business & Professional Association was no more that a thought in Judy Kennedy’s mind. From this idea a few good hearted people saw the value in a local business organization and started building. And now look how we have grown. Thanks to the hard work of the dedicated board members in these five years, we have grown in membership and hosted monthly meetings that inform and entertain as well provide networking opportunities between our members. We have become a respected civic organization in Newburgh and throughout Orange County. The NPBA has grown to a strong group but for it to continue to be a vital organization we need your help. We are at a crossroads. The board needs new members, including a president and there are committees that need to be formed that need leaders and members. Our July meeting, Wednesday, July 20 will be held at Safe Harbors Ann Street Gallery, Ann Street, Newburgh at 5:30 – 7:30. The subject of the meeting will be the future of the NPBA. We will discuss where we are and how we can continue to grow. But we need everyone to be part of the discussion and to step up and take an active role in our future. Please plan on attending and helping the NPBA continue.
We need you to get involved.
We must get volunteers to serve on the following committees. We are asking that committee members plan on serving on the committee for at least one year and the amount of time required for any of these three would be about 2 hours per month (of course the time requirement depends on how many committee members sign up). If you cannot make the meeting but would like to serve, please contact us at email@example.com.
